Appellant Eunice Alexander appealed the trial courts summary judgment holding that Appellee Lockheed Martin did not waive the right to contest compensability of Appellants workers compensation claim and that Appellant did not have a compensable claim. We hold that Appellee waived the right to contest compensability and that, as a result, Appellant had a compensable claim. Therefore, we reverse the trial courts judgment and remand the case for further proceedings.
